Here at Straub’s we pride ourselves in being one of the top Case IH parts dealers in the mid-west. Our dedicated staff of professionals utilize the latest in technology, such as the Case IH AMAX system, to constantly monitor parts sales throughout our five store complex. This ensures we are stocking the right parts at the right time, to meet your needs. With one of the largest Case IH parts depots in North America only a few short hours from our doorsteps, and our ability to submit late in the day overnight emergency orders, even those not normally stocked components can be quickly sourced if the need arises. We also offer parts drop box service in numerous communities throughout our trade area, with overnight delivery services. But Straub’s are not just about repair parts. We are your one stop shopping source for oil, hydraulic fluid, twine, mesh wrap, batteries, implement jacks, toys, and so much more.

Service

Here at Straub’s, we pride ourselves in providing you superior service at a fair price. We strive to make sure that our service technicians are factory trained, and that our fleet of service vehicles are capable of handling the toughest on-farms jobs.

Wheat Harvest Season

Each June and July our service departments gear up for extended hours of operation to get you back up and running, if a breakdown occurs. We understand how fragile a wheat crop can be to inclement weather conditions when it reaches maturity and how important it is to get you back up and running as soon as possible.

Winter Service

Each fall Straub International offers a winter service program, which we encourage all customers to participate in. Special discounts are offered to allow us to inspect and repair your machines, to make sure they are ready for the next season of use. Customers who participate in this annual program will also receive priority scheduling during harvest, if a breakdown does occur on a machine that went through our service department the prior winter. With over 30 years of experience in offering our winter service program, we can definitely say that experience shows that machines inspected and repaired on our program have significantly fewer breakdowns during season of use, than those that don’t, along with being repaired at a discounted price.
